Retreat Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, but as all deposits and payments are used to secure venues, activities, and supplies, and because canceled spots require additional time and effort to re-fill, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.

  • Medical Emergency, Family Emergency, or Death: Cancellations made 60 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a full refund, minus a $500 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 1 month before the retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or discounts for factors like arriving late, leaving early, or travel delays.

We strongly encourage travel insurance to protect your investment in the event you need to cancel your plans.

Deposit & Full Payment:

  • Deposit: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. You can pay via PayPal, Square Invoice, or Bank Transfer. You will receive payment instructions upon registration.
  • Full Payment: The remaining balance can be paid via PayPal, bank transfer, or Square Invoice. Payments made in full (with the initial deposit) receive a $200 discount.
  • Balance Due: The full remaining balance is due 14 days prior to June 19, 2025. Please ensure payment is completed by June 5, 2025.


If We Cancel the Program:

  • In cases of weather, natural disasters, or political upheaval, rescheduling will depend on the venue’s policy. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected cancellations.
  • We are not responsible for any travel costs such as airfare, transportation, or hotel accommodations.

Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend purchasing cancellation/interruption insurance to protect your investment. This can cover:

  • Retreat cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, natural disasters, etc.)
  • Lost baggage or personal items
  • Medical expenses or repatriation costs
  • Transportation delays or cancellations

Transportation:

Transportation arrangements to and from the retreat are your responsibility. We are not responsible for any flight or transportation delays or cancellations.

This policy ensures a smooth and fair experience for everyone involved. For added peace of mind, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Accessibility Information for Retreat Ranch

As event organizers hosting at Retreat Ranch, we want to be transparent about the accessibility features of the venue. Please review the following information to ensure that the venue meets your needs before making a reservation or attending an event.

Access Limitations:

  • The venue is a rustic, working ranch with natural, uneven terrain.
  • There are no ramps, elevators, or specifically designed accessible bathrooms on the property.
  • The entire facility is not wheelchair accessible, and mobility-impaired guests may find it challenging to navigate the grounds and stairs.

Pets and Service Animals:

  • Due to the free-ranging animals on the property, service animals cannot be accommodated, and outside pets or animals are not allowed.

We aim to provide an authentic retreat experience, but please note that the property’s unique features may limit accessibility for some individuals. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
